Eric is the Founding Partner of Anyega Osiemo & Co Advocates, practising in corporate advisory, succession planning, conveyancing and cross-border dispute resolution. He has led mergers and joint ventures spanning Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and Rwanda, designed succession and trust structures overseeing wealth transitions collectively worth over KES 1 billion, and represented both corporations and employees in precedent-setting labour disputes. He holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, and is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East African Law Society.

Anastasia is a transactional specialist in structuring and executing funding applications for corporate and institutional clients, having overseen transactions with a cumulative value exceeding USD 100 million across debt financing, government funding programmes and structured finance. She brings senior experience from Kenya's banking sector — including the Central Bank of Kenya, where she was involved in government financing transactions at the highest level — giving her an insider's understanding of how lenders, regulators and public financing bodies evaluate applications. For foreign investors entering the Kenyan market, she guides entry structuring, regulatory approvals and engagement with government and financial institutions, designing market-entry strategies that are bankable, compliant and positioned for growth in East Africa's largest economy.

Fidis is a driving force behind the firm's data protection and conveyancing practices. She advises businesses on compliance with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019 from registration with the ODPC to privacy policies, data processing agreements, impact assessments and breach response and handles property transactions from due diligence through to registration at the lands registry. She holds an LL.B (Hons) from Kenyatta University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
Darius Ndemo

Darius supports the firm's advocates across legal research, drafting and case management, preparing memoranda, pleadings and transactional documents while keeping court timelines and case files on track. His first degree, a BA in Criminology and Security Studies from Laikipia University gives him a sharp analytical lens on evidence, risk and fraud that complements the firm's litigation, asset recovery and compliance work. He holds an LL.B from Moi University and is completing his Postgraduate Diploma at the Kenya School of Law en route to admission to the bar.
